Responsibilities:

  1. Draft Various Training Regulations: Develop and prepare rules and guidelines for student training.

  2. Plan External Competition Activities: Organize and manage various external competition events.

  3. Handle Freshman Training and Third-Year Field Trip Activities: Manage matters related to new student orientation and off-campus activities for third-year students.

  4. Organize Talent and Skill Competitions: (1) Music Competitions (2) Student Talent Shows (3) Classroom Decoration Contests (4) Festival Bulletin Board Production

  5. Promote Student Group Activities, Clubs, and Community Service: Encourage and oversee student participation in group activities, clubs, and community service.

  6. Guide Students in Engaging in Appropriate Leisure and Recreational Activities: Provide guidance for students to participate in suitable leisure and recreational activities.

  7. Plan Activities, Publications, and Bulletin Boards for Major Festivals: Organize events, publications, and bulletin board displays for significant holidays and celebrations.

  8. Manage Student Flag-Raising Ceremonies: Oversee the organization and execution of flag-raising ceremonies.

  9. Schedule Weekly Meeting Speakers and Guests: Arrange for speakers and guests for weekly meetings.

  10. Promote Government Policies and Cultural Activities of Social Education Institutions: Advocate for and support government policies and cultural activities organized by social education institutions.

  11. Guide Students in Extracurricular Activities and Develop Implementation Plans: Assist students in participating in extracurricular activities and establish plans for their execution.

  12. Guide Student Self-Governance Activities: (1) Class Meetings (2) Civic Training Activities

  13. Organize Educational Activities in Compliance with Government Policies: (1) Civic Education (2) Human Rights Education (3) Moral Education (4) Democracy and Rule of Law Education (5) National Spirit Education

  14. Arrange Bulletin Boards for the Student Affairs Office: (1) Daily Life Highlights (2) Civic Training Center Achievements

  15. Manage Selection of Model Students, Etiquette Models, and Student Mayor Candidates: Handle the selection process for exemplary students, role models in etiquette, and student mayor candidates.

  16. Promote Winter and Summer Camp Activities for Students: Advocate for and organize student participation in winter and summer camp programs.

  17. Hold Regular Mentor Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with mentors.

  18. Plan, Edit, and Print Graduation Photos and Yearbooks: Organize and manage individual and group photos for graduating classes, as well as the planning, editing, and printing of graduation yearbooks.

  19. Handle Student Emergency Assistance and Nutritional Lunch Subsidies: Manage matters related to emergency assistance for students and subsidies for nutritional lunches.
